Drivers candidate privacy policy

By submitting the information in the fields provided and/or by sending my CV, I agree that the personal data provided in my CV and its annexes, including but not limited to my name, surname, date of birth, photo, address, telephone number, e-mail address, education, foreign languages used, additional training, right to drive, previous work experience (name of the company, position, periods of work) of UAB Everwest (legal entity code 300569015, address Laisvės ave. 36, Vilnius, e-mail address hello@everwest.net (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

I consent to the provision and use of the personal data contained in my CV by companies affiliated to the Company which are established in EU Member States and/or other third countries, in accordance with the standard data protection clauses adopted by the European Commission, in relation to my candidacy for a specific position (I have the right to ask the recruiter to provide information on the company and the country in writing prior to giving this consent). The personal data I have provided may be transferred to companies affiliated with the Company, which will ensure its adequate protection and confidentiality. I am aware that companies supervising information systems that act on behalf of the Company as a data controller may have the right to access personal data. I am aware that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the requirements of the legislation.

I am informed that if I contact the Company and submit an identity document or in accordance with the procedure established by legal acts by electronic means of communication, which allow me to properly identify a person who has confirmed my identity, I have the right to:

• have access to my personal data, including the recipients to whom the personal data have been transmitted;
• demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data;
• require the restriction of processing operations (except for storage) or the destruction of data (if I withdraw my consent);
• data portability (to obtain personal data from the Company or its affiliates, or to request the transfer of my personal data to the specified data controller);
• right to oppose to the processing of personal data.

I am aware that my personal data will be stored for 9 months from the moment of receipt or from the moment of my participation in the job interview, and, if I have given my separate consent, will be processed for a period of 5 (five) years from the end of the calendar year in which I gave my consent, for the purpose of offering future vacancies. An additional legal basis for the retention of personal data for a period of 5 (five) years is the written consent of the individual.

I am aware that if I have any questions or complaints regarding the processing of my personal data, I may contact the Company by e-mail hello@everwest.net. If I have any complaints, I can also contact the supervisory authority, which is the State Data Protection Inspectorate in the Republic of Lithuania (A. Juozapavičiaus g. 6, 09310 Vilnius; Tel. (8 5) 271 2804, 279 1445; e-mail: ada@ada.lt).

I am also informed that I have the right to withdraw this consent, in whole or in part, at any time by sending a request to the Company by email dataprotection@everwest.net. I understand that this may prevent me from receiving relevant job offers.
