Candidate privacy policy

By submitting the information specified in the fields and/or sending the Curriculum Vitae (CV) by e-mail, I agree that the personal data specified in my Curriculum Vitae and its annexes, including but not limited to the name, surname, date of birth, photo, address, telephone number, e-mail address, education, foreign languages used, additional training, driver’s license, previous work experience (name of the company, duties, working periods) of UAB Everwest (legal entity code 300569015, address Laisvės ave. 36, Vilnius, e-mail address hello@everwest.net (hereinafter referred to as the Company).

I agree that the personal data specified in the Curriculum Vitae would be provided and used by companies related to the Company, which are established in EU Member States and/or other third countries in accordance with the standard data protection conditions approved by the European Commission, as much as it is related to my candidacy for a specific job position (I have the right to ask the person performing the selection to provide information about the company and the country in writing before giving this consent). I understand that the right to access personal data may be granted to companies that supervise information systems and act on behalf of the Company as a data controller. I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with legal requirements.

I am informed that by applying to the Company and submitting the identity document or in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts via electronic means of communication that allow proper identification of a person, who has confirmed his/her identity, I have the right to:

• access my personal data, including the data recipients to whom the personal data were transferred;
• demand the correction of incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate personal data;
• require the restriction of data processing operations (other than storage) or the destruction of data (if I withdraw my consent);
• the right to data transferability (to receive personal data from the Company or from companies related to the Company, or to request the transfer of my personal data to the specified data controller);
• the right to object to the processing of personal data.

I am informed that my personal data will be stored for 9 months from the moment of receiving the data or since my participation in the job interview. The personal data provided by me can be transferred to companies related to the Company, which will ensure their proper protection and confidentiality. The right to access personal data may be granted to companies that supervise information systems and act on behalf of the Company as a data controller. I understand that my personal data may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with legal requirements.

I am informed that in case of questions or complaints regarding the processing of personal data I can contact the Company by e-mail hello@everwest.net. Also, if I have complaints, I can apply to the supervisory authority which is the State Data Protection Inspectorate in the Republic of Lithuania (A. Juozapavičiaus str. 6, 09310 Vilnius; tel. (8 5) 271 2804, 279 1445; e-mail: ada@ada.lt).

I am also informed that I have the right to revoke this consent in whole or in part at any time by sending a request to the Company by e-mail: dataprotection@everwest.net. I understand that this can prevent me from getting relevant job offers.

The recruitment process at UAB Everwest, will consist of different steps such as application screening, interviews, cases, assessments, reference check. As a part of our recruitment process – candidate communication, we allow candidates to give us anonymous feedback on the experience. This is on a voluntary basis and no candidate data will be stored or processed for the purpose of this. Candidate has the right to unsubscribe (object) of experience quality surveys at any time. This can be done by writing an email to dataprotection@everwest.net. Declining experience quality surveys does not have negative consequences, only that the emails with invitation to participate in survey would not be provided in the future.
