On the last Friday of May, we traded our usual lunch routine for something a little more vibrant — a splash of pink!
Inspired by the Vilnius Pink Soup Fest, we hosted our very own Šaltibarščiai party, giving the iconic Lithuanian cold beet soup a stylish office twist.
Forget bowls — we served this refreshing summer classic in cocktail glasses, because why not add a little glam to lunch? The result? A fun, laid-back celebration that was as delicious as it was Instagram-worthy.
