Does it really need to fly?
When shipments become urgent, air freight is often the default choice.
But many shipments require the benefits of air freight, not necessarily the aircraft.

FAQ
Answers to common questions from importers, exporters and distributors on the China and Southeast Asia - Europe corridor.
The exact rate depends on the route, selected service, season and current market conditions. To receive an accurate quote, simply submit a request and your local Sales Manager will get back to you with the best available option.
Transit time depends on the origin country and the European destination.
Door to door it is typically 11 to 18 days from China, 14 to 20 days from Vietnam and Laos, 15 to 21 days from Thailand and 16 to 22 days from Cambodia.
The spread inside each range depends on how far into Europe the delivery point sits.
Air freight typically takes around 5-10 days, but can cost around 3 times more than road freight. For larger FTL-sized shipments, the cost difference can be significantly higher.
Road freight offers a balance between the two, with typical China-Europe transit times of 12-17 days, significantly lower costs than air freight, and approximately 10-15 times lower CO₂ emissions compared with air freight.
Sea freight is usually the most cost-effective option, but transit to Europe typically takes around 45-55 days and can exceed 75 days during major disruptions.
Our China and Southeast Asia - Europe road freight service is based on FTL transportation.
We operate both reefer and tautliner trailers. A typical reefer can carry up to 75 m³ and up to 21.5 tons, while tautliners offer up to approximately 85 m³ / 22.5 tons.
We can also transport smaller shipments, but as the entire truck is booked for the shipment, the rate is calculated as a full truckload.
We can typically arrange pickup in China within 1-2 working days after receiving and confirming your shipment request.
Our rates are provided on an all-in basis and include transport from pickup to destination, assistance with export formalities in China, 24/7 shipment tracking, electronic seals, standard CMR insurance and dedicated operational support throughout the journey.
Additional cargo insurance is available upon request.
We assist with export customs formalities in China, including preparation and coordination of the required export documentation.
Import customs clearance in Europe is normally handled by the customer or consignee.
We transport a wide range of cargo across industries including fashion & apparel, beauty & cosmetics, electronics, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals & healthcare, industrial goods, food & beverages and packaging.
Our capabilities include ADR classes 4-9, GDP-compliant transport and TAPA security standards. Temperature-controlled transport is also available with reefer trailers, with temperature settings from approximately -25°C to +25°C.
Specific cargo requirements can be reviewed with our team before booking.
